This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles, worn out doors with paint drippings.,,,the smell is disgusting, no words is disgust can fully describe this accommodation. Admin are rude as they hang up on the phone if you start complaining then they block! Owner doesn't seem to care at all! Expedia and other travel sites should ban this owner!!!! Bath blocked, admin not helpful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the airport so very convenient for transit passengers. The check in was extremely lengthy and it took us nearly an hour. Breakfast was basic and we had to wait in long queues to get a table. Juices were very synthetic and sweet.
